(haipo) The Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Health are warning travelers against entering several streams in the north of the country, after water sampling results in these streams revealed unusual findings. The authorized authorities are urging travelers to avoid entering the streams until normal and stable results are received.
List of dangerous rivers
According to the joint announcement by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Health, water sampling conducted to examine the pollution status of rivers in the north of the country yielded abnormal results at several sites. As a result, entering the following rivers may be dangerous:
- Jordan River – from Joseph Bridge to Arik Bridge
- The hexagon pool
- Jilbon stream
- Nahal Zaki
- נחל יהודיה
- Majersa River
- Nahal El Al
- Nahal Tzalmon – Carob Pool
Avoid entering the water until further notice.!
