As part of the preparations, starting in the afternoon, hundreds of police officers, ushers and security guards will be deployed in the area of the stadium and will work to maintain order and security for the safety of the audience and will direct traffic in the area, the instructions of the police officers must be obeyed.

The instructions of the Home Front Command must be obeyed regarding behavioral instructions upon receiving a warning about an alarm situation or an emergency event.
Opening the stadium gates to the public:
Starting at 18:00, the gates of the stadium are expected to open for the crowd of fans. Due to the expected inspection at the entrance gates, it is recommended to arrive at the stadium early before the start of the game.

It is recommended to use alternative routes due to the expected traffic congestion on the roads leading to the stadium and those who do not have a parking permit or are residents of the Neot Peres neighborhood should not enter the vicinity of the stadium.

We call on the fans to obey the instructions of the police and the stewards, to avoid physical or verbal violence, to observe the provisions of the law and public order before, during and after the game. Maintain a sporty atmosphere and a fun sports experience for everyone
I wish for the mayor to cancel the entire parking lot around the stadium. will oblige everyone to arrive by public transport. Production of shelters for buses to Horeb and the center of Carmel. Instead of the huge parking area, more sports facilities will be created, such as an indoor Olympic pool or a multi-purpose sports hall such as in Jerusalem the arena near Teri Stadium, in order to create a sports complex as promised in the past.
Absolutely right. Haifa needs to move forward like Jerusalem and Tel Aviv towards a future that includes fewer cars and more people. It's not perfect there either, but at least they're trying.
Assaf Haifa is progressing in reverse - the downtown suffers from the terrible noise of vehicles passing through it, not to mention the explosions of biker gangs when the police do nothing to stop it and cause great suffering to residents and business owners. In the lower city there is darkness. In a dark Paris square. In a dark Palmer gate. The stairs between the neighborhoods are dark. This municipality does not understand how to create a city for people. The entire space between Hadar and the lower city is a black hole of neglect. Dirt in every urban garden and promenade, in quantities. Simply a city without leadership is the unfortunate reality.
And what do you want now? To walk: to return to Yona Yahav. go figure.
Everything is subject to the desires of the routine disruptions by the "brains"......
Do I have a disabled note?
How do you come to the game?
Where can you park?
In the parking lot for the disabled
