(Haipo) – Following the significant rainfall in the area, the flow in the Taninim Stream increased and the water level rose. The stream, which has undergone restoration and development processes in recent years, now displays its power and beauty in the winter season, as can be seen in the documentation that was immortalized at the site.

Powerful flow in Taninim Stream after the rains
The significant rainfall in the area has led to a significant increase in the flow of the Taninim Stream and a rise in the water level. Photos taken at the site show the stream filled with flowing water, with signs of flooding visible on the sides of the channel, branches and vegetation that were swept away by the current. The stone walls built along the stream are visible when the water reaches its full height, and testify to the strength of the flow. The winter appearance of the stream, against the backdrop of the rocky cliffs and green vegetation alongside it, creates an impressive picture of nature during the rainy season.

The restoration and development of the stream are showing their signs.
Taninim Stream has undergone restoration and development processes in recent years, and the current flow testifies to the success of these steps. The restored channel allows for the proper flow of rainwater, as can be seen in the documentation. Stone structures and infrastructure were built along the stream that were intended to cope with the rise in water levels during the winter season. The views documented at the site present the stream in all its power and beauty, and remind us of the importance of preserving the natural systems and streams of the Land of Israel.
