(Haipo) – A demonstration for the inclusion of Arab parties in the government took place on Saturday night in the Carmel Center in Haifa. The demonstration was organized by the Most of the City movement and the Standing Together movement. Among the speakers was Attorney Galeb Salamna, 32, a father of four and an IDF volunteer from the Democratic Party, who delivered a scathing speech against racism and incitement against Arab society.
Attorney Salamana: "The State of Israel has been taken captive by institutionalized racism"
Attorney Galeb Salamna began his remarks by calling for "Good evening to Haifa" and described the current situation as standing "on the brink of an abyss." According to him, "This is not just a political emergency that cries out for the immediate establishment of a functioning government - it is a moral emergency." Salamna claimed that "the State of Israel has been taken captive by institutionalized racism, incitement, and delegitimization against twenty percent of its citizens," referring to Arab society. He added that this poison "is no longer the preserve of the marginalized" but "drips every evening into the living rooms of all of us," and mentioned in this context Ayala Hasson and statements he said Eyal Berkowitz had criticized.

A call for courageous leadership inspired by Rabin
Salamana emphasized in his speech that "hate speech has become mainstream and citizens with equal rights have been labeled as enemies," and called for decisive action: "To stop this collapse, a coalition of interests is not enough - we are hungry for courage, hungry for courageous leaders." In his remarks, Salamana mentioned former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, the late, as an example of true leadership, and said that "true leadership is measured by the ability to stand against the current." According to him, "We need the same public and historical courage that Yitzhak Rabin, may peace be upon him, possessed. Rabin did not tremble in the face of a crowd and did not succumb to mental terrorism, until the damned took his life for the sake of peace."

With what authorization do they desecrate Rabin and use his name?
He also would not have allowed the Muslim Brotherhood and supporters of "Gaza and occupied Jerusalem" into the government.
