The original knowledge
A difficult and unfortunate incident occurred during Shabbat at the Chabad House synagogue in the German Colony in Haifa, when a Torah scroll was stolen from the premises. The Chabad House expressed deep sorrow following the incident, and the community is currently working to find a solution that will allow the continuation of prayers at the site. The incident left the Chabad House members, residents of the neighborhood who usually attend prayers, and even guests of the nearby hotel who come to pray at the synagogue with a deep sense of sorrow, especially in light of the great spiritual and communal significance that the Torah scroll has for the worshippers and the entire community.
Rabbi Ben Zion Gagula He told the newspaper: "We were informed that the window was broken and the Torah scroll was stolen from the premises. This is the only synagogue in the neighborhood, and the matter was reported to the police. I am very sorry and hurt by the incident, and am now thinking about what can be done to allow the continuation of prayers at the location."
The police told Lai Pa:
"The police have opened an investigation into the theft of a Torah scroll in Haifa. Haifa police officers opened an investigation upon receiving a report regarding the theft of a Torah scroll from a synagogue, located across from a hotel in the city of Haifa. Upon receiving the report, police officers from the station arrived at the scene, began collecting evidence and conducting investigative activities with the aim of tracking down the suspect in the act and locating the Torah scroll. The investigation is ongoing."

If the Torah scroll was found, was it stolen? Was it not stolen?
Why not update normally instead of putting "theft" in quotes and letting us guess what it was?
And if there was nothing, you can delete the article. Either it was stolen and found and returned or it wasn't, but enough with the games.
