The vigil was held as part of "Visiting 101," which was established when there were 101 hostages in captivity. It is an initiative of a group of mothers for mothers, who travel between different localities and especially in front of the Knesset and government symbols. Their goal is to get decision-makers to make a decision and bring about one last push and release all 59 hostages who are still left behind.
