Jenny Menashe appointed CEO of Tirat Carmel Community Center

(Haipo) – Jenny Menashe has assumed the role of CEO of the Tirat Carmel Community Center. Menashe, a resident of the city for about 20 years, brings with her over two decades of management experience in senior management positions and in managing service and operations systems. In her new role, she will work to strengthen the community center as a significant, professional, accessible and innovative community center for the city's residents.

Many years of management experience in leading organizations

Throughout her career, Menashe has managed large teams and significant budgets, and led processes of rehabilitation, efficiency, growth, business development and service improvement. Among other things, she held senior management positions in the Holmes Place chain, Caesarea Country Club, New Palden, Cellcom and the Union Group. As part of her roles, she was involved in managing service, operations and sales systems, in business development, in implementing marketing strategies and in leading and mentoring managers. Menashe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in marketing and organizational development from the Ruppin Academic Center, and a BA in political science, sociology and anthropology from the University of Haifa. She is also a graduate of a directors course and has professional training in the field of fitness and sports.

In-depth familiarity with community activities in the city

In addition to her professional experience, Menashe is well-versed in community activities in Tirat Carmel. She previously served as a member of the board of directors of the Tirat Carmel Community Center and chair of its content committee. Tirat Carmel Mayor Dudu Cohen congratulated Menashe on her appointment and said: "Jenny brings with her over two decades of senior management experience in the areas of service, operations, sports, health, recreation and business development, alongside a deep familiarity with community activities in Tirat Carmel." Cohen added that "the community center is the beating heart of our community life. Tirat Carmel is growing and developing, and with it the community services we provide to residents must also grow."

Menashe: "You took on the role with great excitement and a sense of mission."

Menashe herself said that she is taking on the role "with great excitement, a sense of mission and deep responsibility," and added: "After years of managing large organizations and leading significant processes, I am excited to bring the knowledge and experience I have gained to the benefit of the city and its residents. I believe that leadership begins with people, that excellent service begins with listening, and that managerial excellence is measured by the ability to transform a vision into action that is felt on the ground." Menashe emphasized that for her, the community center is "a place that connects people and generations, fosters talents and provides a sense of belonging," and expressed her desire that "every resident will feel that the community center is also their home."
