Unfortunately, the two-year-old toddler, who was evacuated while undergoing CPR by MDA to the Rambam Hospital shock room after falling from a height in Kiryat Yam, was pronounced dead.
The teams of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and the Emergency Medicine Department at Rambam fought for his life and were unfortunately forced to declare him dead.

We immediately began performing medical treatment, which included massages, resuscitation, and administering medication, and evacuated him in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital in critical condition, and we continue to fight for his life."

MDA teams perform CPR on the child at the scene

A rescue organization stated:

Rescue organization drivers were called to Zalman Shazar Street in Kiryat Yam following a report of a child who had fallen from a height.
Together with MDA medics and paramedics, the drivers performed advanced CPR on a two-year-old child with a head injury, and he was evacuated while CPR continued for further treatment at Rambam Hospital in Haifa.

Paramedic David Zer Reporter: "When I arrived at the scene with my MDA ambulance, I found a two-year-old boy unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing, with a severe head injury after falling from a height of three stories. Together with MDA medics and paramedics, we performed advanced CPR on him, including massages, ventilations, and administering electric shocks, and he was evacuated while CPR continued to the trauma room at Rambam Hospital in Haifa."
