United Hatzalah Northern District medical teams were called to HaGefen Street in Kiryat Bialik after receiving a report of a violent incident. At the scene, the caregivers located a 52-year-old man who was injured and suffered penetrating injuries to his limbs. United Hatzalah teams provided the injured man with first aid on the spot, after which he was taken to a hospital for further medical treatment. At this stage, the man's condition is described as moderate.
Testimony of the caregivers from the scene
Haim Hakim, deputy head of the Rechsim branch of the United Hatzalah, and paramedic Doron Shulstein, who were among the caregivers who arrived at the scene, spoke about the incident: "We were informed at the scene that he was injured as a result of violence and suffered penetrating injuries to his limbs. We provided him with initial medical assistance and then he was taken to a hospital for further treatment. At this stage, his condition is described as moderate." The circumstances of the incident are being investigated at this stage.
