The 27th International Children's Play Festival in Haifa began today, April 12.4.2017, XNUMX, in the morning hours in a number of centers around the city: in the Haifa Theater, in the Hadar neighborhood, as well as in the Carmel Center, in the Rappaport Hall, where youth plays were held.
Thousands of families of all ages flocked today and filled the theater square and the various halls despite the strange weather and the traffic jams on all the roads. In Haifa, the general public can expect three days of an international carnival, including street performances, guest performances and performances participating in the competition.
The plays and performances came here from 9 different countries, original productions, children's plays from theaters in Israel and abroad, plays for toddlers and every family.
The street shows spread out on the theater square are intended for all ages and speak all languages. The street shows are free. The performances in the various halls are paid, so it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance at discounted prices.
When you come to the theater square you will feel the magic above you. You can see aerial acrobatics, on the sides changing shows and even behind you.
Definitely an event suitable for the whole family.

For toddlers: For the new moms who missed the toddler show that was just yesterday, don't worry. There is another excellent show: on a rainy and overcast evening, Mollykipod, the spiny hedgehog, loses his way in search of a friend to play with. He finds himself in the room of a sick child, who quite by chance is also looking for a friend... but what about the hedgehog and the child? It's prickly and it's got the flu! He speaks Hebrew and he speaks Arabic! Will they be able to be friends?
