After the signing, Neta Abugov, chairman of the Hapoel Lev Jerusalem team, said: "The signing of Noor, who was a partner in our qualification to the Premier League and winning the Union Cup, illustrates our desire to be a worthy and stable home for Israeli women players. I'm glad that Shenor, like other actresses, believes in our vision and continues with Hapoel Lev Jerusalem this year as well."

After the signing ceremony, basketball player Nur Kiyof said: "I am excited and waiting to start the season. We will build something different and good in the club, I experienced it with the team in the National League playoffs. Now, after we qualified together for the Premier League, I am waiting to bring a new spirit there as well. It is a natural continuation for me . We will strive to do our best and achieve titles. Let's go Hapoel Lev Jerusalem."

For those who are not yet familiar, we would like to point out that the 22-year-old basketball player Noor Kiuf was born and raised in the Druze Kiuf family from the Druze village of Usfiya on the Carmel. Kiif, played last season for the Elitzur Ramla team from the Women's Basketball Premier League and is the first Druze to ever play for the Israeli women's basketball team.

Noor was born and raised in the Druze Kiuf family from Isfaia and has a sympathetic attitude towards sports that supported her all the way when she started playing from the age of 4. Her whole family is involved in basketball. Her father is Samih Kif, who for many years runs the sports club and basketball school in Usafia on the Carmel, her brother is a coach and her mother is also a basketball coach.

When Kiuf reached the age of 9, Kiuf was already playing in the children's league and at the age of 12 she moved to the Emek Jezreel club and played for about two years in the girls' and boys' teams. After two more years, in 2016 she moved to the Maccabi Haifa team, where she played in the first year in the B and A girls' teams and in the second year, at the age of 16, she played in the women's team in the National League. In the 2019/2020 game season, Kif was promoted with the team to the Premier League, but immediately after the promotion, she signed a contract with the AS team. Ramat Hasharon and currently plays in the Premier League. In the past 23-2022 season, Kiuf signed with the champion Elitzur Ramla and won the state championship with her, she averaged 4.6 points and 1.6 assists per game. In 2023, Kiouf stepped on the floor for the first time also in the uniform of the Israeli national team in the victory match against the Swedish national team, as part of the qualifiers for the European Championship, and scored her first points for the Israeli national team.
