Tonight, 9/5/22, a conference is planned for the launch of the Carmel Beach marine reserve in Haifa. The national fishermen's organization organized a demonstration against what they call: the takeover of the marine space by the Nature and Parks Authority. During the demonstration, the fishermen forcibly burst into the museum to demonstrate at the conference.

It just doesn't make sense that a natural resource that should be available to every citizen is robbed time and time again..you don't need to ban to save.
There needs to be order, I am a sport fisherman and I also think that during the breeding seasons it is necessary to ban fishing for species that are indeed necessary, but furthermore I do not think that bringing studies that are proven time and time again to be false in order to "protect" nature is right.
After all, it is clear that there is no real desire to preserve nature here, there are financial interests here, there is a real misappropriation of the natural resources that belong to each and every citizen in order to serve personal interests..
After all, it doesn't make sense that today there are almost no beaches in Israel that are not designated as reserves (and the hand is still tilted, the wickedness of nature and gardens continues to usurp areas for itself with false claims).
Whether I am a sport fisherman, a surfer, a swimmer or even just like to travel in nature for pleasure, I will go to the sea and encounter lots of areas where there is no passage, areas that I, as a citizen, will not be able to travel or pass through.
