The madness is not only in the tunnels. On President Boulevard, the sector that goes up from the neighborhoods of East Haifa to the Carmel zigzags in vehicles to get to the "first traffic light" like crazy, driving at risk. All other vehicles simply have no police. Place cameras on President Boulevard and Moria and you will take down 40-50 traffic offenders a day.
You can't drive while people are cutting and zigzagging next to you just to get to the next traffic light first for another half minute.
You crazy people are fed up.
Madness grips most drivers in tunnels, dangerous enforcement speeds, and many cell phone users.
