(haipo) – The Carmel Tunnels, the section between the Carmel Beach and the Nush, which were closed to traffic at 11:30, due to a stuck truck, have now reopened to traffic.

It really sucks, it's not clear why the 3 lanes of the tunnel were closed because of a truck, one lane could have been closed, because of this I wasted 20 unnecessary minutes on traffic, and was late for a very important meeting.
