Carmel Beach will lead tourism in Israel ► Watch
Wellness in the heart of nature – between the mountain and the sea
The new hotel will be built on a mountain slope overlooking the olive groves and the open landscape between the mountain and the sea, and will spread over approximately 25 dunams. It will include 50 guest rooms and will be built with an estimated investment of approximately 60 million shekels, by the company DN Sans, which won a tender from the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Tourism. The vision: A unique wellness hotel, one of the first in the world, one that seeks to be included in the list of the ten leading wellness hotels in the world, both in terms of planning, hospitality experience, and depth of therapeutic and health concepts.
Tourism as an economic and social anchor

Head of the Hof Carmel Regional Council, Assif Isaac, In his words, he emphasized the broad significance of the project for the entire region: “The most beautiful regional council in the country is being renewed at the Wellness Boutique Hotel. This is great excitement and a real celebration. A significant tourism boom awaits us here. Carmel Beach will lead tourism in Israel. Tourism brings employment to hundreds of people, food, transportation, treatments, diverse services, and it creates a real economic boom. It’s not just high-tech that creates employment, tourism gives room to everyone.”
He also added:
“Today we celebrate a new and unique hotel, which is part of an overall move. In recent years, the Carmel Beach has been promoting a broad economic infrastructure, based on quality tourism, employment and income-generating assets. Ein Hod is a cultural and tourist anchor, and this hotel strengthens the local economy and generates long-term income for the council.”
“Not a luxury – a necessity for the soul and mind”

Director General of the Ministry of Tourism, Michael Itzhakov, He noted that the laying of the cornerstone expresses Minister Haim Katz's policy of promoting quality tourism, connected to the landscape, culture and local identity: "This is a project that creates economic and social value for the entire region, and combines entrepreneurship, careful planning and respect for the unique environment of the Carmel Beach. We see here the beginning of a significant wave of tourism development."
According to him, the Ministry of Tourism is working to diversify the tourism product in Israel: "There is a place for all types of tourism, for the Israeli tourist and the tourist from abroad. Tourism today is not a luxury, but a necessity for the soul and mind. We are here to help entrepreneurs, and among other things, we established the 'Migdalor' unit, a government unit that accompanies entrepreneurs at no cost to the authorities and committees, in order to promote the rapid and efficient construction of hotels."
Cooperation between the state, the council and the entrepreneur

Director of the Haifa Region at the Israel Lands Authority, Nehemiah Van Dijk, Emphasized the cooperation between the following parties:
“This is a moment when a vision becomes reality. Cooperation between the state, the Hof Carmel Regional Council and entrepreneur David Meshulam is leading to the establishment of a very special hotel. In about two years, a 50-room hotel will stand here, which will strengthen the municipal economy, attract tourism and become a magnet in an area that is already one of the most beautiful in the country.”
Healing, relaxation and rejuvenation – also for the Israeli soul

Dr. Raul Rodriguez A doctor, who practices natural and Chinese medicine and will serve as the hotel's doctor, explained the medical-therapeutic concept behind the project: "The idea is to create a place for physical and mental renewal. We are a people in ongoing trauma, and there is a need for spaces that allow for healing, strengthening, and balance. The hotel will provide a variety of treatments: adapted nutrition, ozone treatments, touch treatments, hormonal balance, the use of medicinal mushrooms, and more. This is a place that can make a significant contribution to Israeli society as a whole."
“Like a small village in Tuscany – but on the Carmel Coast”

Entrepreneur David Meshulam summarized the vision: “The hotel was designed without compromise. It will be a wellness place like no other in Israel, with a clear ambition to enter the list of the ten leading wellness hotels in the world. It will have rejuvenating treatments, a deep connection to nature, and it will look like a small village in Tuscany or Provence with internal courtyards, paths, rooms that blend into the landscape.”
According to him, the entire planning was done with high environmental sensitivity: “The hotel blends into nature without harming the trees, rocks or landscape. Everything is meticulous down to the last detail, out of respect for the environment and this special place.”
The establishment of the hotel in Ein Hod marks the beginning of a new era in Carmel Beach tourism, an era of quality, depth, connection to people and nature, and sustainable economic development, aimed high: towards the global wellness tourism map.

A vision of the end of days, if and when,
Come on, they really tried to build hotels in Zichron Yaakov
Everything stands desolate. They barely make a living from weddings that rent out hotel rooms to the family for the wedding event.
Everything stands desolate.
The hotel in Tirat Carmel is deserted.
What to invest in an industry that has collapsed in Israel
What tourists will come when Israel's name is blackened and in the country brand index it is in last place and Qatar spreads hatred through influencers on every possible network and in every music video dozens of hateful comments towards Israel. What kind of wellness is in your head. Israelis don't have money for expensive hotels here anyway, for the price of two days in a hotel in Israel they fly to Cyprus for a week.
