The new course of the Hof Carmel Regional Council is intended for a wide range of audiences: directors who wish to refresh and deepen their knowledge, those holding positions in management, members of the plenum, as well as anyone interested in integrating into leadership and board positions. The program combines professional tools, simulations and real-life case analysis, and aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to function effectively on boards of directors and management.
Costs, Certificate and Registration
The cost of the course is 2,000 NIS for residents of Hof Carmel and 2,250 NIS for non-residents. Course graduates will be awarded a certificate of participation from the Kibbutz Industry Association. The course will include nine sessions that will be held on Sundays at the Meirav Center, between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Those interested in registering are invited to do so by September 30, 2026.
