Residents of the Givat Zemar neighborhood, renew yourself!
In the Givat Zemer neighborhood, a new road was opened for traffic on Monday 25/11/24, for the benefit of the residents of the neighborhood. The road, which was opened before the neighborhood was fully populated, connects Yossi Banai Street in Givat Zemar to Zalman Shnior Street in the Ramat Almogi neighborhood.
The opening of the road is a significant step for the residents of Givat Zemar, who until now depended on a single entrance and exit through the Ramat Sapir neighborhood. The new connection will allow more convenient access, additional exits and entrances to the neighborhood, and will contribute to a significant shortening of the travel routes and arrival times of the residents of the area.
The connection of Givat Zemer to Zalman Schnior Street is blessed and important, so that it cancels out in sixty the mistake of knowing that the municipality committed the offense (?): Zalman Schnior Street is in Ramat Remez and not in Ramat Almogi.
Kudos to the municipality and those involved.
Ramot Remez has become a traffic hallucination.
Of course they did halmaot work, entrance/exit only from one direction going down to Yossi Banai only from direction Zalman Shazer and Mishba from there the exit is only towards direction Amnon and Tamar. They could build a square to allow traffic from all directions.
But why simplify when you can complicate...

This road has taken many parking spaces from the Plyman Hospital
The harm is to the families of the patients who come to visit and also to the medical staff.
The road created a huge parking load for residents living around the hospital
