According to MDA spokespeople, at 10:02, a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a man who was pulled from the water unconscious near Neve Yam Beach. MDA medics and paramedics arrived at the scene and began providing the man, approximately 60 years old, with medical treatment. Rescue teams are performing CPR on site in an attempt to save his life.
