(Haipo) – Rising violence: A stabbing incident occurred this evening (Thursday, October 29, 2026) on HaNevi'im Street in Haifa, during which a 74-year-old man was injured, apparently by a broken glass bottle. The injured man was taken to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition with penetrating injuries, according to an MDA spokeswoman.

MDA: 74-year-old man injured in violent incident on Haneviim Street

According to MDA spokespeople, at 19:54 PM, a report was received at MDA's 101 hotline. MDA teams, medics and paramedics, arrived at the scene and provided the injured man with initial medical treatment at the scene of the incident. After providing treatment, the injured man – a 74-year-old man – was taken to Rambam Hospital in moderate condition with penetrating injuries.
