(Haipo) – A new gallery called "Heart of the Forest" is opening in Haifa as part of a workshop and lecture complex. In honor of the opening, the gallery's founders are inviting Haifa artists to present their works in the first exhibition, which will deal with the theme of "fairies and other creatures" and the role of the fantasy world in today's reality. The exhibition is expected to open in July.
A new gallery that seeks to give a platform to Haifa art
The "Heart of the Forest" gallery is being established in Haifa with the aim of serving as a multidisciplinary creative and cultural space. This is a complex that will include not only an exhibition space but also workshops and lectures in various fields. In preparation for the grand opening, the initiators of the venue are seeking to provide a stage – and in their words, also "walls" – for artists from the city of Haifa. This is an initiative that aims to strengthen the local artistic community and allow artists to present their work to a wide audience.
Debut Exhibition: "Fairies and Other Creatures"
The first exhibition to open at the gallery will be titled "Fairies and Other Creatures," and will examine the role of the fantasy world in today's reality. The exhibition is expected to open in July at the Fairy Forest in Haifa.
Artists interested in participating in the exhibition are invited to send their works to the following email address: [email protected].
This is a unique opportunity for local artists to be part of a new cultural project in the city and to present their works in a new and fresh gallery space.

In short, a commercial sales promotion for the Fairy Forest store in Talpiot Market.
Hi Mike. The Heart of the Forest is a new complex established by the owners of the Fairy Forest. But this is not the store. And the exhibition will be on the entire second floor at Sirkin 21. Not in the store. The exhibition launch is on June 30.6. We would love to see you. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart to Naga and the Hai team here for this publication that brought us artists from the front lines.
It is not appropriate to mention in the advertisement the address of the gallery, who the owner is, what the background is, is it a municipal/commercial gallery?
Hi Ben Tzur. I am Adi, the producer of the project. This is a private community business initiative in Sirkin 21.
Good luck! Even in provincial Haifa there is no chance of selling art… I am an artist who has lived in Haifa for 53 years and has been creating since 1985. All my artistic work during this 40-year period has yielded me a profit of less than 5 thousand shekels, while my investment in paints, fabrics, framing, expenses for producing exhibitions, paying for drawing classes and models has cost me close to 50 thousand shekels…
It hasn't been said yet where the gallery is?
Hi Avraham. The gallery will open at Sirkin 21.
* It is explicitly stated: "B L B H Y E R"…!!!🤣
Where is this gallery located in Haifa? Street name
Sirkin. Talpiot Market
The attitude of officials in the Haifa municipality towards art/art is cruel, blatant and offensive. It is expressed in the closure of the Chagall Artists' House and many others for a financial purpose with no morality at all. Your newspaper chooses to continue supporting businesses that do it for appearance and for personal goals alone. In doing so, you express a two-faced attitude that in my opinion is lacking in every respect. Are you proud of this cheap advertising effort?
Hello Yoram. I am Adi, the curator and producer of the exhibition – I certainly understand your anger at the authorities’ conduct and share some of the criticism. However, it is important for me to emphasize – we are an independent business, and we have no connection to the authorities and are not funded by any municipal/governmental entity. And yes. I am very proud of my independent and ethical work. If you are an artist yourself, I would be happy to talk and explore together the possibility of you joining the exhibition (unlike all kinds of “artists’ houses”, we do not charge participation fees from artists).
😍A beautiful community educational-cultural "idea", which will be implemented in the hope of getting to know the "artists" and their "works" from the "metropolis" - "beautiful Haifa" - a city passionate about education, culture & art...!!!🙏
🙏Congratulations on every "initiative" to enrich the variety of "cultural" activities in our beautiful urban space, for the sake of improving the "quality of life" in our area😭
With all due respect and appreciation – where is the place, where is it located, what place in Haifa will we get to see all this beauty and specialness?!?!?
