New strategic agreement strengthens Haifa's position as Israel's high-tech and defense-tech capital: Group Real estate structure and the Haifa Economic Company signed an agreement with Rafael Advanced Combat Systems, in which Rafael will rent several floors in a new building in the Science and High-Tech Park in Haifa. The eight-story building will be used to establish Rafael's first development center in the city.
An agreement worth approximately 45 million shekels
The agreement was signed for a period of five years, with an option to extend, and is estimated to be worth approximately NIS 45 million. The building where Rafael will rent its offices is expected to be occupied in the coming months.
Five office buildings are being constructed in the Science and High-Tech Park with a total area of 85 square meters, three of which have already been completed or are in the final stages, and the rest are in advanced planning. The complex also includes about a thousand parking spaces, charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle rooms and warehouses, and is located near the Sami Ofer Stadium and Matam, Haifa's central high-tech area.
