The Ministry of Health warns against the counterfeit preparations TIGER KING, KAMARGA ORAL JELLY and KAMARGA, which may endanger public health. From laboratory tests conducted, it was found that these preparations contain Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra. Preparations containing this substance are prescription preparations, which must be sold to the patient through licensed pharmacies.
Devices used as psychoactive drugs
In addition, the preparations GIMP SCENT, BERLIN XXX and AMSTERDAM, which belong to the family of volatile substances, are known as "poppers" and are prohibited from being used and marketed by the Ministry of Health. These products are used as psychoactive drugs that are consumed by inhalation and their use may cause severe side effects, mainly a sharp drop in blood pressure until loss of consciousness, heart rhythm disturbances, cardiac collapse, stroke and even death.

May lead to cardiac collapse and even death
Concomitant use of poppers and Viagra products (mainly counterfeits of poor quality), may cause simultaneous expansion of the blood vessels which may lead to cardiac collapse and even death.

The Ministry of Health works in close cooperation with the enforcement agencies in order to deal with the phenomenon. This is the second time in the last month that, in a joint operation by the Ministry of Health and the Israel Police, counterfeit Viagra preparations were seized that were marketed together with Poppers preparations.
The Ministry of Health warns against the use of fake products that may harm public health and reminds that medicines should only be purchased in pharmacies and with a doctor's approval.

Dr. Roni Berkovich, Director of the Department of Enforcement and Supervision at the Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health works together with the enforcement agencies against the distribution and marketing of unauthorized and counterfeit drugs and preparations. Since drugs that are not marketed in the approved marketing channels or fake drugs, may endanger public health, cause illness and even death, one should be careful not to purchase drugs in unfamiliar places or websites.
