Unsubstantiated promises of medical care
The companies' publications included various promises to treat a variety of medical conditions and bring to the public parts of information regarding attention and concentration disorders and memory problems, most of which is not scientifically based and half-truths, in a way that misleads the public.
The publications linked research allegedly done in medical and academic centers in Israel to the marketed software, and seemingly prove its effectiveness.
Efficacy has not been proven
In a check with the Tel Aviv Sorasky Ichilov Medical Center, mentioned in the publications - it turned out that there is no study conducted at the initiative of this center, which tested the effectiveness of the software for the purpose of improving memory or for the treatment of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and showed proven effectiveness in using the software.
Also in a study conducted in Israel as part of general health services and published in 2014, 18 patients with Parkinson's disease with an average age of 67 (range 50-80) and mild to moderate disease were examined, without a control group - on the question of the possibility of movement improvement following the use of the software - and the full results are not There was statistical significance, and it is not clear if there is indeed an effect and how long it lasts - and the researchers noted the need for large, controlled studies to prove the effectiveness of the software in achieving cognitive and/or motor improvement in patients with Parkinson's.

In an examination with the Hadassah Medical Center - the study conducted by the School of Occupational Therapy and the Department of Psychiatry, focused on adults suffering from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and tested the improvement by using the software, showed negative results. The software is not used in the hospital as a therapeutic tool.
