(haipo) The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has launched the "Renewable" portal, a new digital platform designed to make the process of establishing a solar system clear, organized, and accessible. The portal, for the first time, centralizes in one place all the information required to establish a solar system, and presents each user with a personalized path according to the characteristics of their facility.
A portal that replaces complex bureaucracy with a simple digital path
Until now, those who wanted to install a solar system had to deal with a variety of bodies, websites, requirements, documents and contacts, which were not always presented in a uniform and clear manner. The "Renewable" portal changes the starting point: instead of the citizen being required to learn the regulations and the process himself, the system presents the entire path to establishing the facility, step by step, in a clear, simple and personalized manner, from the decision to the implementation. This is a real change in perception, which transfers the burden from the citizen to the government system.
Personal roadmap and real-time reporting of roadblocks
Through a short questionnaire, the portal builds a complete roadmap for the user, including the required steps, the documents that must be prepared, the necessary approvals, and the relevant parties throughout the process. This creates, for the first time, a single, centralized, and transparent digital path for establishing a home solar system. In addition, the portal allows users to report in real time any barriers, delays, and difficulties they encounter along the way. This way, in addition to making information accessible to the public, the ministry will be able to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and continue to streamline service and regulation in the field.
