On Thursday 14/7/22, the project "Dressing for Success" will be held in Vitsu Haifa for women who, as a result of the crisis caused by the corona virus in the employment market, have decided to undergo vocational training. Its purpose is to help them re-correct their career path and return to the workforce.
It's time to submit a contract!
The project "Dressing for Success" is being launched in Haifa for the fourth time and this time as a sign of a return to normality in a renewed examination of the career path, after the Corona crisis. The project was originally intended to promote women in the labor market and help them integrate into key positions. This year, the project took on extra importance due to the return from illness of many employees, 70% of whom were women. During the day, at the Witzo branch in Neve Shanan, a lecture will be given in the field of employment, which will focus on vocational training.

During the day, a personal meeting will be held with a career counselor for each participant where she will receive advice and guidance regarding the continuation of her professional path, as well as with a stylist where she will receive tips for personalizing an economical wardrobe.
Participation in networking with the participants of the project, including career counselors, stylists, the Center for Opportunity, Gev Systems, and other Haifa business organizations, who will volunteer as part of this day, and with other guests.

Witso believes that women's personal security and independence depend on the ability to be financially independent. Participation in the event is a symbolic cost only.
As part of the day, as part of the structure every year, we reserve precious time also for a lecture on Terfi style, which sharpens how it is appropriate and appropriate to dress for a job interview. Therapeutic styling is a treatment method developed in the last decade, based on theory and research from the psychology of clothing and using clothes as a tool for self-definition and self-expression.
This year, this initiative was joined by significant partners, among them Gav Ma'sat, the Haifa Municipality, the Entrepreneurship Center and Rotary. It is important to say that without the partnership, support and many efforts we would not have succeeded in our mission.

We invite women from the Haifa district to submit a report to us to examine their suitability for this wonderful day. We believe that this day can be very significant for the participants in finding the right job for them and in this complex period to raise morale, self-belief to return to the workplace with feelings of competence and self-worth.
