As part of the events, a demonstration will be held in Sefer Square at 18:00 PM, and later in the evening, a screening of the national memorial ceremony will be shown at the Leo Buck Educational Center in Haifa. The headquarters stated: "We do not forget for a moment the inferno of October 7 and the struggle for the abductees who were abandoned."
Demonstration in Sefer Square with speakers from families of abductees
The demonstration will open at 18:00 PM at Sefer Square in Haifa. Among the speakers at the event: Neta Heiman, daughter of Ditza Heiman, who was released from Hamas captivity, and Gadi Amichai, nephew of the late Oded Lifshitz, who was kidnapped and murdered in captivity in Gaza, and niece of Yocheved (Yochka) Lifshitz, who was kidnapped and returned from captivity in Gaza. The presence of family members of the abductees and the returnees as speakers at the event emphasizes the central message of the protest – the ongoing struggle to return the abductees and deal with the pain of the families.

Beware of the crooked leftists, the criminals of Oslo, they are "enlightened", that's why only 3000 people were murdered, the "peace victims" of Oslo.
Sorry, there could be a beautiful ceremony that is being held for the kidnapped or some of them.
Lipshitz Yocheved is known for her views against the government and it is understandable that the entire ceremony is about those who come out against the government. It reminds me of the ceremony in Tel Aviv with the same protesters, only "not Bibi" so I am not interested in the ceremony. Its organizers are just trying to separate us instead of uniting us!
You are right, the purpose of the ceremony is to remind the public again of the oversight that occurred and to make clear that the demand is for a public and open investigation, to identify the culprits and to demand accountability from them. Chief among them, of course, is the Israeli government and its leader.
If you feel it's unnecessary, this ritual is probably not aimed at you.
