בתיאום עם משרד הבריאות , הוחלט לבצע החזרה מהשוק רמה 1, האיסוף יתבצע מ:

- בתי המרקחת
- בתי חולים
- לקוחות פרטיים
סיבת ההחזרה: הפורמולה של תכשיר עודכנה וכעת לא מכילה משמרים.
בתהליך המעבר מהפורמולה הישנה לחדשה נפלה טעות, תאריך התפוגה שהוטבע על חומרי האריזה (קרטונית ואמפולה) מתאים לפורמולה הישנה. קיימת אצווה חלופית במידת הצורך.
במידה שברשותכם מלאי מהאצווה הנ"ל הנכם מתבקשים להחזירה לנובולוג ואנו נחליפה באצווה תקינה.
בחברה מבקשים לטפל במוצר באופן מיידי, כך שלא יתאפשר שימוש בו מרגע קבלת ההודעה, ולהחזיר את המוצר לא יאוחר מ-24 שעות.
ההודעה מתייחסת לאצוות המופיעות מעלה בלבד יש להעביר הודעה זו לכל הגורמים הרלוונטיים במוסדכם ולגורמים אליהם סופקה האצווה שבנידון לצורך תיאום החזרתה
