Neve Yosef Community Center was established in 1987 and focuses primarily on community building in the neighborhoods of East Haifa. The community center employs a professional, multidisciplinary team of coordinators, instructors, social and community members, and consultants who provide a response to the social, educational, and cultural challenges of the populations in East Haifa, Jews and Arabs, with diverse religious and cultural backgrounds, new immigrants, and longtime residents.
