For two days now, Arabs and extreme left-wing activists have been demonstrating in the streets of Haifa, against what they call "Israeli aggression in Gaza" and marking "Nakba Day". The demonstration was organized by the Al Hirak movement, with members of the anarchist organizations Antifa and Unity also participating. The demonstration, which was approved by the police, began yesterday with a march in the lower city and moved to Wadi Nisnas, when the demonstrators began chanting condemnations of the IDF and the state following the confrontation in the Gaza Strip in the last day with the demonstrators trying to cross the fence.
