Watch the video we shot in the field:
This is a unique conservation building, which was chosen as one of the most interesting and designed projects this year in the international magazine "DOMUS".
A review in "Domos" magazine - a huge endorsement for the design of the project:
Added 2.5 new floors
As part of the project, 2.5 floors will be added to the existing building and the artistic staircase made entirely of glass and steel will be preserved. The original building was designed by the renowned and respected architect Theodore Menkes and the building will bear his name. It is a boutique preservation building with 15 unique apartments, of which 7 remain for sale. The project was initiated and built by the Haifa-based "Buildings - Company for Strengthening and Renewal" and architect Yossi Shetrit was entrusted with the design.
Magnificent sea view
The apartments that will be sold in the project will be a diverse mix of 3, 4, 5 rooms and luxurious penthouses, most of the apartments will have a spectacular and panoramic open sea view.
The tenants will enjoy a smart home system, an unprecedentedly rich technical specification and a spectacular and special lobby designed in a retro-preservation style.
Buildings: When we initiated the Vitkin 11 project, we saw before our eyes how we could provide a different, high-quality and innovative residential experience on the sought-after Vitkin Street and at the same time pay a lot of respect to the original architecture of the renowned Austrian architect Theodor Menks who left behind magnificent and unique buildings.
The project is located in one of the high-quality and prestigious neighborhoods in Carmel, with a panoramic view of the sea, a quiet, green and pastoral one-sided street and all this near restaurants, cafes and the renewed and popular Horev center.
A few minutes' drive away are the center of Carmel, the Carmel tunnels and the beach.
