In the last two months, Yona Yahav has flooded the streets and sidewalks of Haifa with personal advertising signs at many intersections in such a way that the city's driver or pedestrian will not be able to enter the street and the neighborhood without encountering the fertile "activity" of Haifa

Of course, the signs were placed in violation of the law, since a permit was not given to place them as connected by the Planning and Construction Committee

At three meetings of the subcommittee, I appealed to the committee and to legal counsel with the demand to remove the illegal signs or to obtain a permit as accepted, a demand that was not answered

As a result, I put forward a proposal for order from the place in the plenary session of the city council in the pub, which also did not receive any attention. On the contrary, Yaffe Nof companies, the Haifa Foundation and Carmel Water increased the distribution of the signs without any connection to the reality on the ground.

The worst of all sidewalks for pedestrians have been expropriated from the public authority in favor of signs, for example, Trumpeldor ran away in Haifa in the Ziv Center huge signs requiring pedestrians to get off the road and harming public safety

In other places near kindergartens, sidewalks have been blocked and the signs are dangerous for children and pedestrians as they are unprotected and a running child or the elderly may be seriously harmed

The advertising binge in Haifa is the main management tool of the city. The municipality's slogan is "You didn't do, you advertised, you did."

My appeal to you to impose the personal charge is to rectify the situation immediately, since by way of persuasion and the proper administrator Yona Yahav behaves as if there is no law and there is no justice, I demanded that the personal charge also be applied to those who gave their hand in the public companies and the municipality of Haifa to the illegal actions that endanger the residents of the city. Needless to say that the location The signs and their placement were made for publicity reasons regardless of activity in the field, including signage along the lines of "Here we will build or here we will build"

We are talking about dozens of signs so that in a quick tour you can locate them and the exact information about who decided to place them? Who ordered their funding? Why weren't the required permits issued? According to an estimate, the financial cost of this sign is no less than 10000 NIS in multiples of 100 NIS. This is an expenditure of over a million NIS. It is certainly found in the Haifa Municipality, the Yafe Nof Company, the Carmel Water Corporation, the Haifa Foundation and other funders recruited on Accounting for public funds and even using donors.
