Between two condominiums and also on trees there is a pile of garbage that was thrown there courtesy of a neighbor from building 31 on Jordan Street
The neighbor and her daughters have a tendency to throw the garbage out the window. And the neighbor collects metals and bottles and throws the remaining plastics between the buildings as well.
And the Haifa municipality does nothing about it.
