A self-inflicted car accident happened this evening, when a vehicle collided with a wall in the section between Nosh and the Congress Center.
Initially, both lanes were blocked, but now one lane has been opened for traffic.
The rescue team reported that a moderately injured person was evacuated from the scene and another was apparently slightly injured.
