The municipality is currently working on the plan for the new neighborhood, in which care is taken to preserve the green spaces in the area and the correct position of the residential buildings in accordance with the accepted landscape in Haifa and the axis of traffic. Since it is a large neighborhood, this requires the establishment of services, depending on the number of residents and their various needs. Therefore, as part of the new neighborhood plan, the municipality intends to establish schools, kindergartens, day care centers and public areas in the neighborhood.

Another interchange will connect the neighborhood in the upper part of Freud Road, near Linoklan Street.
