Dear residents and residents,
With the end of the round of fighting against Iran and in accordance with Home Front Command's easing of restrictions, we have been preparing over the past few hours to return activities in Tirat Carmel to full routine.
In accordance with Home Front Command guidelines, starting tomorrow (Wednesday, 25.6.25):
🔹 Kindergartens, schools and daycare centers will reopen, including special education frameworks.
Please note: Individual messages will be sent to parents by the principals of the kindergartens, elementary schools, and the community center administration.
🔹 All municipal services will resume operation, including receiving the public.
🔹 The library, conservatory, community center, and welfare services are also returning to normal.

The education system in Haifa will open tomorrow as usual.
The education system in Haifa is expected to fully resume operations tomorrow (Wednesday, 24/6/25).
During the day, cleaning workers and householders began evacuating the shelters and emergency shelters in schools throughout the city, which during the fighting served as protected spaces for residents who did not have a protected space.
The educational teams in schools and kindergartens will open the school day in the morning with content tailored to ventilate emotions, detect signs of distress, and support children in a gradual return to routine.
Transportation for special education students will not be available tomorrow morning, due to the late announcement of the return to normal, but will resume at noon. Special education students will not be provided with food tomorrow, so parents are required to prepare accordingly.
After-school programs in kindergartens and elementary schools will return to full operation, but lunch will not be served on Wednesday, and parents are asked to provide their children with food for the day.
Preparations for the municipal summer camps have been completed, and registration has been extended to allow parents to organize.
In addition, all activities at community centers, municipal libraries, sports halls, youth movements, and youth centers will also return to the series tomorrow.

Following and subject to the updated Home Front Command guidelines, the Minister of Education, Yoav Kish, instructed the education system to advance, starting tomorrow (Wednesday, June 25.6), a return to 'face-to-face' learning - in a phased, coordinated manner and in accordance with the assessment of the readiness and capacity of each local authority.
In authorities where additional preparation is required – due to damage to infrastructure, lack of staff or temporary use of buildings – the return will be carried out at a pace appropriate to the authority. The Ministry of Education will provide them with professional guidance, a tailored response and full support – until all Israeli students return to formal frameworks, in a prepared, safe and supportive educational environment.
The goal is clear: to finish the school year within the school community and in the classroom.
