• The planning requires the approval of the Home Front Command.
• No permit is required from the local committee.
• No approval from the Israel Land Authority is required.
• After construction is completed, a report must be made to the local planning and construction committee.
Although the procedure does not require a building permit and is not monitored by the local committee, you must be careful to work according to the laws and rules so that the shelter you build will be legal, standard, and will serve you properly. The responsibility for establishing the shelter is yours.
