If there is a concern for human life and/or communication is lost as a result of the missile attack, you can report it to the 115 hotline or the Israel Police number 03-5023913.
You can also report missing persons by filing an online complaint at the attached link or alternatively by filing a complaint at the police station nearest to your place of residence.
