Maintaining continuity of care

In accordance with the Ministry of Health's guidelines, Clalit has prepared to provide service tailored to the security situation and will make the following services available to its customers over the weekend:

• Zevulun Community Emergency Department: Open on Fridays from 19:00 PM to 23:00 PM and on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 23:00 PM
• Carmel Community Emergency Room: Open on Fridays from 14:00 PM to 23:00 PM and on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 23:00 PM
• Community Emergency Room at the Western Galilee Medical Center (Kfar Yassif): Open on Fridays and Saturdays between 12:00 and 23:00.
• Community emergency room at the general clinic in Sakhnin: open on Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 19:00 PM
• Online medicine in family medicine: available until 23:00 PM
• Pediatrics and Nurse Call Center: Available 24/7 via the app, website, or by calling 2700*
• Pharmacy stores: BE chains, super-pharmacies, and private pharmacies that are open according to regular operating hours.
• Mental health support hotline: available 24/7 by calling *8703

It is recommended to check in advance the availability of services and hours of operation. Clalit will continue to update its customers with any changes, and acts responsibly and dedicatedly to maintain a continuum of professional, safe and accessible care.
