In these turbulent days of Operation "Am Kalavi" and during this difficult period in the shadow of the fighting with Iran and the firing of missiles at Israel, when this is also the 622nd day of the "Iron Swords" war, a protest demonstration by the Families Headquarters for the return of the kidnapped and missing in Haifa was held in the evening (Thursday, 19/6/2025) on the Loyal Promenade on the Carmel and in accordance with the Home Front Command's gathering guidelines. The protest was led by the headquarters' director, Dr. Daniela Mazor.
The protest demonstration took place near the central observation deck on the Louis Promenade and the yellow heart on which it was written: "Haifa has a hole in its heart. Bring Them Home Now."
Meanwhile, it should be noted that the participants who took part in the performance stood together in silence and with a clear call: "The kidnapped are still there. They have no protected space and we are their voice and we must not remain silent."
The director of the headquarters, Dr. Daniela Mazor, told the news reporter of "Hai Fe" News Corporation: "Here, on the Louis Promenade, this is the place identified with the Haifa landscape, as part of the struggle to return all the kidnapped men and women home safely and quickly. Our space will not be protected without them!"
