(haipo) – The Iranian missile attack, on the night of Sunday to Monday, 16/6/25, on Haifa Bay, claimed the lives of three refinery workers, one of whom is the late Danny Avraham, 59 years old from Kiryat Motzkin.
Danny, a veteran engineer in the energy industry, went to work and never returned.
Danny Avraham, Iris's partner and father of A. and S., died as a result of smoke inhalation after a missile directly hit the industrial facility where he was staying. Danny Avraham's children serve in the IDF, and according to acquaintances, since the outbreak of the war he has accompanied them with great love, pride, and daily concern.
A dedicated worker, with a big heart and a constant smile
Danny Avraham dedicated his life to his work and his family. For more than three decades, he worked in the energy field and was a respected engineer at the National Energy Agency. His coworkers describe him as a humble, smiling, professional man, always ready to help.
An internal obituary sent to employees at Bazan stated: "Danny was a central figure on the team, a professional, a true friend and a dear person to all of us. His passing under such tragic circumstances is heartbreaking."
Heavy prices for the civilian front

For more than XNUMX years, Danny worked in the Israeli energy sector, an optimistic and humble man, always with a smile and a willingness to help others. His contribution to the war effort at this time, while taking great personal risk, is worthy of all praise.
The quiet and humble Avraham family will bear the price of this war for survival forever. "I met with them this morning and conveyed to them the condolences of the entire city's residents. The Kiryat Motzkin Municipality will stand by them and accompany them as necessary."
