(haipo) – Following live coverage of the attack on a strategic site in Haifa on Monday, 16/6/25, the Israel Police raided press offices in Haifa and confiscated equipment.
On Monday, 16/6/25, Al Jazeera recorded a live broadcast of a strategic target in northern Israel. Following this incident, the Israel Police took action and confiscated the ability of those camera owners to transmit information to the enemy, including live. The IDF spokesperson strongly requests the public not to share locations of hits or any documentation from strategic locations throughout the country.
The Israel Police reported to the News Corporation and the surrounding area:
The Israeli police raided a number of Arab journalists' offices in Haifa today, Tuesday, June 17, 6, and confiscated their equipment, claiming that Arab channels illegally broadcast footage of yesterday's Iranian attack.
A law was passed that they would not continue to broadcast.
Why do people continue to do what they do? They are overturning the government's decision. We must throw them out of here, you brats! They are so confident, everything is because of the High Court. We are fed up with them. The country has become too much for us.
It has nothing to do with the High Court, the law only applies to Al Jazeera and for a limited time. These people worked for another channel, but also passed material to Al Jazeera. In such cases, you can only confiscate equipment as illegal and revoke a certificate/license.
Because of the High Court?? How stupid can you be??
Kudos to the police for their significant response.
Better a punch in the face. Without police evidence. But outright traitors.
Well done, excellent.
