Amazing 🇮🇱💪
The Home Front Command endlessly slammed the phone in my face when I called them to ask when they were leaving the battalion headquarters and now there is no answer. There is also no answer at the Kiryat Ata municipal call center. Only the Haifa municipal call center was there.
One thing is clear: the state has not built shelters. No local authority has built shelters either. People are hiding in Carmelit stations and underground parking lots built in the 60s. The situation must change radically after the heavy ballistic missiles and the extent of their damage.
The order of priorities for evacuation and construction must be led by the state with a mapping of old construction, and not for contractors to decide where it is worthwhile and where people will be left without protection.
Haifa Municipality must add hundreds of new shelters in neighborhoods and demand them from contractors
Those who are building new construction, especially with the damage we see caused by the evacuation of hundreds of families from towers, must establish serious urban evacuation centers and not rely on hotels and improvisations.
For over 55 years, there has been a law requiring a security guard in every apartment.
A newer structure without a building permit was built illegally,
