United Hatzalah medical teams that arrived at the scene of the incident on Highway 7515, Bosmat Tivon to Tivon, report that unfortunately the victims were pronounced dead.
Ofer Levy, a United Hatzalah medic, said: "When we arrived at the scene, we found a very difficult scene. Unfortunately, the two victims, both in their twenties, were pronounced dead due to the severe injuries they suffered."

At 18:44 PM, a report was received at the MDA 101 hotline in the Carmel area about 2 injured people from a violent incident in Basmat Tivon. MDA medics and paramedics at the scene report 2 young men, approximately 20 years old, with penetrating injuries with no signs of life and declare them dead.
MDA paramedic Muhammad Algadir said:
"When we arrived at the scene, we saw two young men, about 2 years old, who had been injured in a shooting incident. They were unconscious, without a pulse and not breathing. We performed medical examinations, but their injuries were critical and we had to declare them dead at the scene."
The police told Lai Pa:
Zevulun police opened an investigation shortly after receiving a report from medical officials about a shooting at two men in their 2s in Tivon. Medical officials were forced to declare them dead.
The Zevulun police station officers, who arrived at the scene immediately upon receiving the report, began collecting evidence together with the forensic investigators and are conducting checkpoints and scans to locate suspects as part of the investigation that was opened.

Israel Revivo, ZAKA volunteer, Northern District Stifel, who was handling the scene, said: "This is a very difficult scene. Two young men were shot to death while driving. Together with other volunteers, we handled the difficult scene by collecting the numerous findings."
The circumstances of the incident are being investigated by the police.
