Two new managers were appointed to the administrative management system of Clalit Health Insurance: Ruth Tevet was appointed as the administrative manager of the Krayot Directorate and Sheli Gilboa was appointed as the administrative manager of the Zevulun Medical Center.
New administrative management appointments at Clalit's Community Management and Zevulun Medical Center. Two excellent managers, Ruth Tevet and Shelly Gilboa, were recently appointed to key administrative management positions at Clalit's Haifa and Western Galilee Districts - Clalit's largest district.

Ruth Tevet – Administrative Director of the Krayot Directorate
49 years old from Kiryat Bialik, married and a mother of three, she was appointed administrative director of the Krayot Directorate, one of the central directors in Klalit. Ruthie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and communications and has extensive experience, including a number of successful management positions. She began her career at the Linn Medical Center, initially in the orthopedics and surgery department, and later managed the gastroenterology department. During the Corona period, she even won the title of "Outstanding Employee" of the center.
She later managed the Kiryat Eliezer and Juliussburger clinics, where she led organizational processes that resulted in significant performance improvements. She is a graduate of Clalit's mid-level management reserve course.
Ruth brings with her a spirit of action, a systemic vision, and the ability to lead people out of a sense of mission.

Shelly Gilboa – Administrative Director of Zevulun Medical Center
A 48-year-old from Karmiel, mother of four daughters, she was appointed to the position of administrative director of the Zevulun Medical Center, one of the largest and most significant medical centers in the district. Shelly, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc) from Ben-Gurion University, has been working at Clalit for 17 years and brings a wealth of experience in both information systems and project management and in managing large, complex clinics.
Over the years, she managed the Givat Rabin and Hatzalet clinics in Karmiel, combined training and organizational entrepreneurship roles, led teams during the Corona period, and even managed testing and vaccination complexes, for which she won the CEO's Excellence Award. In 2023, she took part in a national pilot aimed at improving the patient experience.
Shelly enters her position in Zevulun with a solid vision, high standards of service, and extensive experience in the field.
