(live here) – The State Attorney's Office filed a serious indictment with the Haifa District Court against three defendants, two minor twin brothers (born in 2007) and a 22-year-old man, for the murder of the late Dessaline Sisai, a 22-year-old man, who was stabbed to death during a fight in Gan Al-Haramonim Park in Kiryat Bialik.
The indictment was filed by Attorney Raed Rahel of the Haifa District Attorney's Office (Criminal), and describes the chain of events that led to the violent and deadly incident that occurred on the night of April 25th.
According to the indictment, the three defendants – including Eldan Efrahimi, 22 – arrived at the park at night, where the deceased and his friends were also staying at the time. At one point, a verbal confrontation broke out between Efrahimi and the late Sisai, after, according to Efrahimi, Sisai had spoken inappropriately towards a young woman who was with them in the park.
The confrontation quickly escalated into a violent incident, during which the three defendants attacked Sisai, while he was lying on the ground and trying to defend himself. According to the indictment, one of the twins pulled out a knife, wounded the deceased in the cheek, stabbed him in the chest, and punched and kicked him. His twin brother sprayed pepper spray in Sisai's face and also participated in the violent attack. At the same time, Efraimi punched Sisai and kicked him in the face and ribs. Another person who tried to help the deceased was also injured during the incident.
The indictment also states that after the severe attack, the three attempted to hide evidence and disrupt the investigation: the knife used in the stabbing was hidden, as well as clothes worn that night. The three were eventually located at the twins' home and arrested.
The prosecution accuses the three defendants of a series of serious offenses – premeditated murder, unlawful possession of a knife, attempted aggravated assault, and obstruction of justice. The prosecution is expected to request an extension of the defendants' detention until the end of the legal proceedings against them.
The death of Dessaline Sisai shocked the residents of the area, and prompted many reactions from friends and family, who found it difficult to understand how a verbal confrontation ended in such a deadly act. The Attorney General's Office emphasizes that this is an especially serious incident of severe violence in Israeli society - and expresses hope that the legal process will bring justice to the deceased and his family.
The police informed me here, that it was permitted to publish that the Coastal District police, under the command of the District Commander, Chief Yechiel Bohdana, led an intensive and comprehensive investigation that led to the resolution of a murder case that occurred on April 26.4.25, 20 in Kiryat Bialik - during which a XNUMX-year-old resident of Kiryat Haim was stabbed to death, and the suspects fled the scene.
The Crime Suppression Unit (CSU) of the Asher Region, together with the Zevulun Station, carried out a variety of investigative operations using advanced means, analyzed findings from the scene, documented the suspects' arrival and escape routes, and carried out thorough detective work and investigation that led to the identification of three main suspects and their arrest. The investigation indicates that the background to the incident was a casual argument between several people involved after some threw remarks at others, and an argument developed between them that led to a violent fight during which the victim was stabbed.
As stated, the investigation led to the location and arrest of the suspects, which was extended from time to time. Today, 22/5/25, with the completion of all investigative activities, the police were able to form an evidentiary foundation against the defendants and prove the commission of their actions, and an indictment was filed against them in court for aggravated murder and causing serious injury by two or more persons.
The courts in Israel are a political party of the left.
They don't create deterrence to arrange for their upper class friends in robes to do more and more work.
They don't create security, they create a revolving door for crime and terrorism in Israel.
The consequences of this situation are before us.
There's no way they'll go to prison without the possibility of release.
Who knows💉🧹 such people will ever be released.
