Demonstration in Horev – Haifa • Speakers: Rami Igra, Prof. Dana Amir, Itamar Kramer • 17/5/25

(haipo) – Demonstrations continue across the country calling for an end to the war and the return of the hostages in the agreement. At the same time, military pressure on Hamas continues, with the aim of reaching a hostage deal from a better position.
The protesters are calling for equal burdens and equal conscription for everyone, including tens of thousands of ultra-Orthodox Jews who are required to be drafted.
Later this evening, we will incorporate excerpts from the speeches into this article. Stay with us.

  1. It's a shame that speakers who care about the plight of the residents of Gaza are included.
These are speakers with an extreme leftist agenda of peace with our enemies who wish to destroy us for religious reasons that we have no way of changing.
The protests are supposed to address the regime revolution, the return of the kidnapped, and the inequality of burdens.
A glimpse into the suffering of the residents of Gaza will cause a large public to distance themselves from the demonstrations.

  3. A government is replaced with a motion of no confidence or elections! The traffic jams in the center of Horev and the passionate speeches will not replace a government! They only cause harassment for the rest of the population.

  4. The reactions here are mostly hostile and are seen as part of the poison machine that we all know who operates.

The right of citizens to demonstrate.
Horev Intersection can be easily bypassed, and blocking the intersection for the purpose of the demonstration constitutes a minor disruption.
The message in the demonstration is clear and must be repeated and expressed again and again.
    The demonstration is not violent.

And if there are 'complaints' about the population in Carmel, examine the complaints carefully. This is a population whose majority is educated, productive, and whose sons and grandsons serve in the army.

  5. Just so you know, everyone who speaks at a demonstration does so for one reason: to promote themselves into politics or another senior position that comes with a very handsome income, and you suckers who come to the demonstration carry it on your shoulders, but you won't accept any pay for it...
In addition, just so you know that the number of secular army draft dodgers is twice as high as the number of ultra-Orthodox draft dodgers. So, where are the demonstrations for universal conscription? What about them?

  6. I suggest that the demonstration be held at Mayrhof Square in Kiryat Eliezer where it doesn't interfere with traffic. Oh, I forgot, 90% of the protesters live on the Carmel and it won't be convenient to get there, they don't travel by public transportation, and there aren't enough parking spaces.

  7. Why are these lunatics allowed to block the Horev intersection, especially since the protesters have nothing to do with the kidnappers!!!

  8. We are after Lag BaOmer, all week long lessons on the subject of love of Israel… What a shame to open your cell phone and see this demonstration. Very unfortunate. When we are united, we have nothing to worry about. This division and hatred have been destroying our society for several years now.

  9. Useful idiots of Hamas. We are lucky that most of the people are much smarter than the clowns who give speeches.

  10. There is no limit to the audacity of the "Hebrews", what exactly did they do in their role, what dizzying successes????
They give offers all day long without any responsibility.
The truth is – you're fed up.
Form a party and see who is behind you.

    • First, it's true that the Haredim should enlist and not accept all the privileges they receive. Together, there are thousands of parasitic Israelis who have not served or served a minimum amount of time, have not served and are doing reserve duty and doing menial work that does not contribute to the state and society, including the parasites in the government and the Knesset, the inflation of journalists, entertainers and singers from the 2th league and lawyers. 3-5 law faculties should be closed and technician, engineering and engineering studies should be discouraged and people who have studied a field must work in it or close to it for at least XNUMX years because it costs money to society and they took advantage of a place that someone else could have studied.

  11. Enough with the demonstrations, enough with strengthening our enemies, the hostages are the main task, let the Israeli government work, sit quietly,
The public elected the government, the public will elect its representatives next year, run and label your wares,
Governments are changed at the ballot box, not through wild demonstrations.
