A rescue organization told Lahi Pa:
Rescue organization drivers were called to Highway 22 near the Kiryat Ata interchange following a report of a traffic accident.
Together with MDA medics and paramedics, the drivers provided medical treatment to a 15-year-old girl with moderate limb injuries, and to a 19-year-old man with a minor back injury, and they were evacuated for further treatment at Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
Senior rescue paramedics Shevah Rottenstreich and Avi Epstein, who were first to arrive at the scene, report:
"When we arrived at the scene of the traffic accident, we found two motorcyclists in various states of injury after slipping while riding. Together with rescue and MDA medics and paramedics, we provided initial medical treatment, including immobilization and dressings, to a 15-year-old girl with injuries to her limbs, and she was evacuated in moderate condition for further treatment in the trauma room at Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
We also provided initial medical treatment to a 19-year-old young man with a back injury, and he was evacuated in a minor condition by an MDA ambulance staffed by rescue volunteers for further treatment in the hospital's trauma room."

On the night between Saturday and Sunday, 11/5/25, at 00:17, a report was received at the MDA 101 hotline in the Carmel area about 2 motorcyclists who skidded on Highway 22 (northbound) near the Histadrut interchange. MDA medics and paramedics are providing medical treatment and are taking 2 injured people to Rambam Hospital, including: a 15-year-old girl in moderate condition with multiple systemic injuries and another injured person, a 19-year-old young man in mild condition.
