(haipo) – A 24-year-old pedestrian and a XNUMX-year-old female driver were moderately injured in an accident in Haifa.
The Hatzala Union told Hai Pa News Corporation: United Hatzalah medical teams provided medical assistance at the scene of an accident on Nahal HaGiborim Road in Haifa.
Ofer Levi and Shlomo Gross, members of the United Hatzalah, said:
"We provided initial medical assistance at the scene to the 65-year-old pedestrian and the 24-year-old driver of the vehicle, whose condition is currently described as moderate."
MDA informed Hai Pa News Corporation: At 11:59, a report was received at the MDA 101 hotline in the Carmel area about a vehicle that overturned and hit a pedestrian on Nahal HaGiborim Road in Haifa. MDA medics and paramedics are providing medical treatment and are referring the pedestrian, a 60-year-old woman in moderate condition with injuries to her chest, and the driver of the vehicle, a 24-year-old woman in moderate condition with injuries to her back and limbs, to Rambam Hospital.
People drive like crazy and this is the result. They think it's a game of ego and "who has it bigger." It's no longer a rare sight, unfortunately, to see people running red lights, cutting wildly, and treating stop signs as mere recommendations.
And when there is no enforcement – this is what it looks like.
Sad.
