(haipo) – In parallel with the huge fire in the Jerusalem area, fires are now breaking out in the north as well. • There is a serious concern that these are arsons set by terrorists, and therefore we, at Haifa, are calling on our readers to be vigilant and avoid walking around wooded areas now. • Residents living in the higher areas of Haifa, especially those with a view of wooded areas – please keep your eyes open and report any unusual events. • A state of emergency has been declared in the fire department. • There is currently no fire control in the Jerusalem area.
Israel Fire and Rescue reported to Lai Pa:
Situation report for fires in the Northern District (30/4/25, 16:45)
24 fire crews and 4 volunteer units are currently operating at 14 fire locations throughout the Northern District.
The main events in the north:
- Afula – Fire in open area, approaching Highway 65 and buildings – Firefighters are working to contain the fire.
- Ramat Zvi (Gilboa) – Extensive fire in an open area, at this stage there is no danger to buildings. 4 fire crews on site.
- Rumat El Hayeb (Lower Galilee) – 5 fire crews are working on a large fire on a mountainside. At this stage, the incident is under control.
- At the same time, 12 teams from the Northern District are making their way to assist with the ongoing fire incidents in the Jerusalem Hills.
- 5 firefighting ATVs from the “Fire Chariots” project are already operating in the field, and 35 additional ATVs are on their way to the area.

Commander of the North District, Tafsar Yair Elkayim:
"Firefighters in the Northern District have been working for years on large fires in open areas and forests. This time, we also sent skilled and professional forces to assist with fires in the Jerusalem Mountains. The experience gained in the North is also reflected in the national arena - in the speed of response, in the operation of the forces, and in the treatment of forest fires alongside unique means such as the 'fire chariot' ATVs. At the same time, we are also dealing with a number of fire incidents in the North, and hence I call on the public to refrain from lighting fires and allow the fire crews to carry out their work on the fires."
The IDF spokesman says:
IDF forces are assisting in the firefighting effort in the Jerusalem area: The Technology and Logistics Branch provided water tankers for the teams operating in the area, as well as engineering tools. All IDF forces are working to rescue and assist civilians in the area.
Unit 669 forces (Helicopter rescue forces) are scanning the fire area and are ready to rescue trapped people and provide medical treatment.
All forces work in cooperation with the Israel Police and the fire and rescue forces.

Our "cousins" listen to weather forecasts much more seriously than we do and they are preparing...and here are arsons on every corner. After the fire in Carmel and in view of the early weather forecast for heavy rain and strong winds, they should have taken to the air as firefighters to identify in real time, hotspots of people and arsonists. Prepare the squadron in the Air Force for full alert and not wait for the Air Force to ask: "We are needed"...The last thing, after the fire in Carmel, they should have bought firefighting planes that land at sea - we have the Mediterranean Sea and the Kinneret (Bombardier 415 planes). Instead of buying the right plane, they bought spray planes that are not suitable for extinguishing huge fires. What happened to the Jewish head?
Good Morning…
Our cousins are telling us at home about the breaches in the fence,
And about noticing that the readiness classes had no rifles, and about Captain "Gad Refaeli" who went to eat lunch and hasn't returned yet...
I heard the fire has moved to Caesarea.
The wave of fires or the wave of arson???
Trying to burn our people.
Once in Berlin. Once in Nir Oz. Once in the forests of Jerusalem.
It's time for us to wake up. We cannot live with a hateful enemy within us.
You specialize in writing nonsense.
Hey, if you can stir up a little panic and "light up" the atmosphere for a few more clicks
The only ones who think this isn't intentional arson are probably the far-left activists at the Saturday Night Mass protests.
You specialize in writing nonsense.
What's the connection, idiot?
The Zionist left founded this country, the extreme right is destroying it — and yet, what does this have to do with the fires?
Looks like you inhaled too much smoke...
Oh, you're welcome.
