A well-known singer, Shebah from Tulkarm, and his band were arrested by Coast District police from Nesher Station after a performance in Daliyat El Carmel.
During an operational activity involving aerial police drones, police officers and detectives, carried out by Coastal District police from the Nesher station against the phenomenon of shootings at weddings in the Arab sector, the forces, after continuous surveillance, identified a performance by a well-known band and singer from the Arab sector that was held at a wedding in Daliyat al-Karmel.
At the end of the performance, with the assistance of drones and detective teams, the forces stopped a vehicle near Elikim containing the singer and three musicians, all residents of the occupied territories without entry or work permits in Israel. During a search of his vehicle, the musicians were arrested, as well as the driver, an Israeli resident of Wadi Ara. In addition, tens of thousands of shekels in cash were found in the vehicle, and the vehicle itself, worth hundreds of thousands of shekels, was seized and towed to the police station for consideration of a confiscation procedure.
As stated, the suspects, residents of the territories, and the driver were arrested for questioning, at the conclusion of which they were imprisoned. In accordance with the needs of the investigation and its findings, the court granted the police's request and extended their detention until today. Today, the police will request to extend their detention once more.
